DNIS is only available on PRI - it is not available on CT1 or E1 R2 lines
at this time.

It has always been said that it will be added *someday* to the other lines,
but AFAIK it is NOT included in ComOS 3.9, the next revision. It is also
not in ComOS 4.0.x on the PM-4, nor in the next Pm-4 revision - 4.1. I
have not heard of any definite plans to add this to non-PRI lines in the
near future.
