I have Rockwell HCF modems running under ComOS 3.8, but give 3.8.2 a try
anyway as it seems to work for some people. As with any soft-modem, get
the latest drivers/firmware.
Also, check what init strings the driver is giving the modem (record a log
file). What error are you getting back from DUN?
