I have deleted all connections, DUN, and even the protocol and reinstalled to
make sure it was correct. This is a brand new computer (3 days old now) which
worked fine the first day then the next morning the errors started. Mostly
"computer dialed did not answer" or "could not establish connection". Watching
with PMVision they only got to the point of username once since I started
monitoring. They also got connected once after I had them insert a string in
the extra settings that I found in the archive, but after less than 2 min the
connection was dropped, then they could not re-connect. Sorry I didn't give
more of this info the first time but I appreciate the responses!
