(PM) Connecting to ISDN router

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could offer some assistance as to why
my pm3-1, will not establish a connection with a cisco router:

pm3-1> dial -x Sav
Couldn't find requested location table entry
pm3-1> dial Sav -x
Starting dial to location Sav using S1
sendthem (CRN84075999)
expect (=DCD=)
=DCD=got it
S1: Chat Succeeded - Starting PPP

pm3-1> set debug isdn
Enabling ISDN debugging
pm3-1> set console
Setting CONSOLE to admin session
pm3-1> dial Sav -x
Starting dial to location Sav using S1
sendthem (CRN84075999)
