All ports on all of our PM3s have an idle timeout set to 20 minutes. This
is done via an auto-setup script.

That was merely to illustrate that the port was already set to an idle
timeout of 20 minutes which was set and saved during the PM3's initial
config).

All of our users who have "Idle-Timeout = 0" do not time out. All other
users time out at 20 minutes. We watch this pretty closely. Again...all
ports on all of our PM3s have an idle timeout set to 20 minutes.
