There have been several lists emailed to the portmaster list with pricing.
Did you try schlepping thru the archive? We pay $425/month in SWBT for
Select Data (incoming only pri), for the base rate with a 60 month contract,
and $1400 install fee. $1700 is WAY out of line unless it is a FX or some
other special circuit where they are charging for distance, i.e. going from
one clec to another or cross-lata.
