(PM) Old PM3 modem card "recall" info needed

Hello:

I've just come into posession of a couple older PM3 chassis with cards and
I was wondering if anyone saved off the info about that recall last year
for PM3 cards that had a hardware flaw (in the Xilinx chip, I believe). I
wanted to check the versions of the modem cards on these new boxes before I
put them into service.

I searched the web site but found no mention of that announcement on there
anymore.

(Note - I do NOT mean the trade Analog Devices chipset cards for Lucent
chipset cards program/announcement. That's a different thing.)
