Correct. ComOS 3.9 has full LNS/LAC support on the PM-3, 4.1 is the same
on the PM-4. ComOS 4.0 has LAC support on the PM-4.

These cards are semi-secret - I don't believe they are a shipping product
at this point. I have yet to see one myself, though I've talked with folks
who say they have. :-) They are apparently CPU farms - RISC processors and
RAM on a card. Since the PM-4 is a distributed processing architecture
adding one of these cards adds CPU and RAM.
