On PRIs if you busy out the modem, you busy out the rest of the span.
show modem
Will hopefully show you a modem that has not taken any calls. If its
sometimes answering, you might be out of luck. What sort of termination
results are you seeing ? Try
set console
set debug te
If you are in luck, it might show something telling like DSP error on a
particular modem.
