(PM) 3com ISDN lan modem to PM4 Help Needed

I have a customer with a 3com Office connect LAN ISDN modem that cannot get
connected to us. He has a ISDN modem that is in his machine that he can use
and connect to us every time. When he tries to use his LAN modem he can only
get connected half the time and the other half only gets connected for a few
seconds. If he dials his other ISP with his LAN modem he gets online every
time.

We are using Megapop which has deployed a PM4 in this location and since
they have upgraded to the PM4 we have had a hell of a time with ISDN users
using 3com ISDN devices.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
