(PM) PRI D channel sharring?

List,
I just changed my lines from CT-1 to PRI and I'm having some problems.
First off I order the lines 23B+1D, and 24B. The first PRI came up fine. The
second one comes up with NO-SERVICE DCD- CTS+ TELCO+. When I run isdn
debug I get:

D1: Data Link Down
D1: ISDN Layer 2 down

Is there some special configuration that you have to do to tell the 24B PRI
to use the D on the first PRI or does the PM3 not support channel bonding?
