That was a mistake. You should NOT have ordered the lines this way, you
need 23B+D on ALL PRI. At this point in time the PM-3 does not support NFAS
(Non-Facility Associated Signalling - aka D-channel sharing). It is in
closed beta on the PM-3, and just yesterday went into open beta on the PM-4
with 4.1b14. It is expected that 3.9 will go into open beta on the PM-3
very
soon now, and 3.9b7 does have NFAS, but to use it today would require being
in the closed beta.
