Hello
T1 and E1 is a digital line. As such you should get no errors.
Most errors tend to occur due to reflections(caused by bad joins) and faulty
line cards.
This is a telco problem.
These problems will not really effect ISDN users, it will effect Modem users
though. It will increase the amount of retrains and disconnects.
