yet another cost-cutting product:

working and then you can blame the whole thing on your engineers.

Alternatively, get your PRI delivered over E1 and get 30 channels instead
of 23/24. :-P
That's if you can live with the ComOS 3.8 E1 PRI signalling bug (5 months
