I am having the exact same problem with my 804. I am trying to do DOV to a
PM3 with CT1's and it will only bring up the first channel. Standard ISDN
works fine.

Do you have an open case with Cisco? Perhaps we should give Cisco both case
numbers so that they can see that this is not just a single user problem.
