I have one myself
it is a LTwinmodem include with my super TECRA Toshiba computer
that connects at a maximum of 33,6 on my own PM3s but witout any
modification I do get 46 to 49 at my competitor

by the way i get the same result (33,6) on another ISP using PM3 :-(((((((((
