I'd wager the Microelectronics group is preoccupied with improving the modem
code at this point, and not adding new features like V.110. I have not heard
of any plans for this in ComOS 3.9 - but it is intended. Remember they'll
have to have it in the Lucent DSPs to do V.110 on the PM-4. There is no
option of using the older cards there.
