In my 2 PoPs, PRI is not available. I have 11 T1s and all are ESF/B8ZS. I
don't have any experience with D4/AMI but I once asked a similar question 2
years ago when the CT1 code became available and I was told to use ESF/B8ZS
when available over D4/AMI. It still looks like the general concensus.
