(PM) OFF TOPIC: Cat 5 Wiring

I have recently wired an office with Cat5...

They want me to mount wall jacks, and then be able to plug a cat 5 cable
into the wall jack and hook up that way, so cords are not permanently
dangling. That's fine :) i ordered the necessary equipment from
cablesunlimited (cablesun.com) -- anywayz, my question is this:

After wiring the jack into the wall (let's hope successfully) what type of
cable do i run OUT of the jack into the computer. Should i use a standard
cat5 cable? or a cross over cable? I would assume a standard cable, but i
dont want to waste all day doing the wrong thing. I would check on
inet-access, but the list is borked lately. TIA.
