Re: set modem off effect on a PRI (was Re: (PM) Bad modem)

Is there any way to force a busy on the channels on a partially loaded PM3
so the next call will hunt to the next PM3? I know you could have the telco
busy out channels on there end, but it would be better to control this using
the portmaster instead.
