Before the upgrade, this customer was seeing connect
speeds in the 42000 range, with about 50% of his
sessions disconnecting within half an hour or less.
After performing the upgrade two days ago, his connect
rate has gone up to a consistent 52000/50666, and he
has not seen a single disconnect in two days. (The
customer in question has a Presario 5155.)
Now if we can just get similar updates for all the other
buggy modems on the market...
