Yes, the PM3 supports Multi Link PPP on ISDN with all version of ComOS and
Multi Link PPP on Analog with ComOS 3.8 or above.

Just do not have 'Port-Limit=1' in their RADIUS config. The Stock RADIUS
servers do not prevent multiple logins. They can only stop MLPPP bundles.
You can get Lucent PortAuthority or RADIUS ABM (Commercial), Cistion (Free),
Or one of the other commercial servers such as Radiator, Emerald, Funk,
etc...
