This is a new PRI line from Pacific Bell, our second one. Our first PRI
(line0) shows no violations. I assume calling PacBell and finding out
about the line is the first logical step, but I was hoping to go after them
with a little information on what might be the problem, since the first 4-5
techs I always end up talking to don't know anything useful.
