RE: (PM) data dropouts / packet loss

I have two pm3s. They are configured identically and running the latest
comos. One works fine. It is about 2 years old. The newer one however
a lot of people connect, get authenticated but then cannot get anywhere.
There seems to be no ip connectivity. Like I said the config is copied
from the old one to the new one and just the ip address and other appropriate
settings were changed. I can telnet to it. Do traceroutes to it and from it
without a problem. They are both on the same ethernet....I'm stumped and
lucent is too. Maybe one of you has an idea.
