(PM) Saving IP's

Perhaps a insane question but here it goes:

Is it possible to have a PM2 act as a proxy in order save on the
allocations of Ip's.

ie. PM2 ip address: 203.203.203.203 (Visible to the internet)

IP address pool for dialups : 192.168.50.1 to 192.168.50.30 (not visisble
to internet)

This would drastically minise the use of Internet visible IP's.
