Yes, disabling the "compress stac" in the 804 appears to have corrected the
problem (ie: stable connections but without compression) - but the magic
question is why did using stac compression with either the 804 OR the
Pipeline 75 (stac-9) cause random lockups? Obviously, there is a problem in
the PM3/compression board/firmware or comOS. Has Lucent acknowledged this
and what is the status of getting this corrected?
