The fact that almost 10% of all connections terminate abnormally on a PM3
shows there *are* problems. The more debug info available to help
determine why this is happening the better. I would never buy a box that
was limited in its debugging capabilities. If something is not working, I
want to know why, so I can determine where the fault is. Now whether or
not the review was accurate or well done is another issue in itself. For
example, why was there not a comparison of modem performance. I would say,
that is near the top of every list for ISPs...
