We're having lots of problems with the PM3's. Running 3.8 gives us
problems. Running 3.8.2 gives us a *huge* increase in problems. We can't
run 3.8.2 at all without the phones ringing off the hook with complaints.

And before someone starts with the "foreign ISP" or "rural telco"
junk... I am in a large suburb of Detroit. My equipment is located in
the basement of a telco in a city of several hundred thousand people. Our
potential customer base includes approx 3 million residential and business
customers, minimum. The switch is a Siemens EWSD, about 1 year old at
most - probably less. We run channelized T1. The telco specializes in
selling services to ISP's, which are 80% of it's T1/PRI customers.
