Hello Michel
For a dialout script to work you have to either make a modem call, or a
V.120 call.
Dialout locations can only make the following calls on a PM3: -
Modem, DOV, ISDN (no V.120 callout is possible)
I suppose you will have to send in a RFE is this is vital for you.
