You have much to learn. ESF/B8ZS does *not* mean the same thing as clear
channel. You can have ESF/B8ZS robbed-bit channels, which (obviously) is
what GTE is giving you if it's working. On clear channel DS1 your PM
would have no way of a) knowing when to answer a call b) knowing *how* to
answer a call or c) any of the digit-related signaling on the T1. Again,
clear channel T1 will NOT work on a PM3.
