(PM) loss of route after 5 minutes

I recently assigned static IP addresses to a few of our users that used to
use the PM3's dynamic IP pool. Since the switch, they have been
complaining that after anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes or so of
inactivity, they no longer can ping past their machine, not even to the
PM3 into which they are dialed.

These users have very long idle timeouts in RADIUS, and they do not
actually lose carrier; they just lose IP connectivity. I have tried using
both Framed-Routing = None and Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen, with no
improvement. Each user is given an address in a /29 subnet I have
specifically designated for this purpose. The routing is set up by their
RADIUS entries, and we are running OSPF.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
