(PM) PM3-sync-T1?

Anyone had any experience (good/bad) with a pm3-sync-t1 card? I was
thinking about giving one a try, and seeing as how I have a spare pm3
slot, I'd like to try it, but I'd also like to know if anyone has any
reservations/recommendations?
