(PM) PM3 re-booting with new ComOS 3.9b8

I upgraded all eight of my PM3's last week. I have one that keeps re-booing.
I have upgraded ComOS three times now. Also, when I type 'help' I get:

Help file open failed (hfile)
Invalid command. Use 'help ' for assistance.

Has anyone seen this before. Any suggestions.
