I'm not even sure what BACP is for. I have TAs that do dynamic BOD without
it. Unfortunately the Netgear doesn't seem to be able to do BOD without
BACP. Why? I guess the software developers are just lazy as it's been ages
since an update to Netgear's OS.

If anyone knows what possible purpose BACP serves let me know.
