This MAY have been the case previously but it is not any longer. At least
with MLLB and PM3. I'm still waiting on the final word from level 2 techs
at Livingston err Lucent (they are verifying my findings) but MLLB also
has some kind of high water mark algorithm in that a simple ping test will
only use 1 port of a MLLB connection.
When the first port starts to fill then the other port is used as well.
Yes I know this is contrary to EVERYTHING that has been said about MLLB in
the past but real world testing last week seems to support my statements.
And in response to rumors to the contrary MLLB does work with PM3's
