Yes, I'm saying that the "old" Multi Link Load Balancing has "changed".
Changed may be the wrong word because maybe it has always used a high
water mark before using the second port. I can't say for sure and quite
frankly Lucent support is "looking" into it and will let me know.
But I can say for a fact that it DOES work that way when a PM3 sends data
out to MLLB connection today.
