CCC will show up on dropped analog connections. I have verified that.
Unfortunately, it also shows on user-dropped ISDN connections for some
equipment. Ugh. Ass-end is one such example. My ICG POP takes MANY more
ISDN calls than the GTE POP, so that wold prolly explain the difference in
CCC numbers.

RFE to Lucent: in the terminate cause log message include information as to
whther the call was modem or ISDN. Of course, flagging a wrongly dropped
connection as something other than CCC would help too.
