Anyone else seeing either of these two???
1. phone dials, customer hears CLICK, CLICK, then message from phone
company about unable to complete call as dialed. This happens
once in about every dozen or so calls. The next attempt is usually
good. (This may be a telco issue, however it went completely away
several weeks ago, but a power cycle on the PM3s caused it to
return).
2. PM3 modem answers and almost immediately goes into a solid, constant
frequency tone forever. Type of modem on the client end doesn't
seem to matter. This one also happens about every 8 - 10 calls.
The next attempt is usually good too.
Just looking for some ideas...
