In order to prevent them from buying a computer and using a discounted
WebTV account with your mail servers, you could do a number of things:
1. Set up filters on WebTV accounts to not allow them to connect to your
mail servers.
2. Don't set up a mailbox for them.
There are probably a lot of other things you could do too. We don't
worry about it. Most of the WebTV users we have are fairly clueless.
Most of them don't even know the username/password they use to login to
us (since you put it in once and forget it). If they did get a
computer, they'd probably call us to find out how to set it up, at which
point, we would bump up their rate.
