You're right to chew me on this. I thought this was in 2.1.

It turns out this wasn't the feature that I was looking for anyway.
I ended up implementing a "groups" feature (which I now realize is
poorly named) which permits you to restrict whether or not to let
someone logon based on the IP address of the portmaster they were
in and whether that PM is in the "groups" file. This is useful
for us since we have different tiers of service where some users
are not permitted on some huntgroups. The huntgroups are divided
up by PM. While I believe that I could use Cistron RADIUS for
this, it doesn't look like any of the Livingston radii would quite
do the job. (I'm specifically not looking at ABM.)

I need to decide whether to port my additional functionality to 2.01
(looks pretty simple) or use Cistron or continue to hack in my own
stuff.
