:That will not work. The secret is never sent on the wire. It's used on
:both ends to do the MD5 hash but not sent on the wire.
So you say a hash is done on both ends and compared? Hrm, did it not used to
work this way. I remember some gripe a few years back about clear text
passwords and pms'.
