No idea. Why not reset it to what you want just to be certain.

No idea what you are asking. V.90 sort of works on both 3.8 and 3.8.2. I
have no idea if you can make a V.90 call out from a PM-3.

Why would you need AT commands on a PM3. There is nothing that needs to
be configured in a properly operating modem.
