If you change the assigned address (= the first address to be assigned to the user) or
the pool-size, every Portmaster model has to be rebooted (on the PM4, a reboot of the
appropriate 3E1/4T1 card is sufficient).
This is due to the fact that the PMs allocate the table at system startup.
