:Can i redistribute the sources I modified (or the patch file only)?
What did the form say when you filled it out to download it? It says you
arent supposed to distribute it in sentence 2 of the License Restriction,
but in Sentence 1, it implies that the Radius Source code is exempt from
this.
To be safe, Id get permission.
