No, it is probably an issue trying to do DOSBS over the CT1. It doesn't
always work. Also, why are you doing V.120 and not just plain PPP over
DOSBS? You are getting PCM modem connections right? If PCM modems are
working that's a good sign.
You might also try calling the PM-2 with this configuration, as all PMs
support DOSBS over ISDN service.

Try leaving data srv as voice and call the PM-2 to make sure that works.
