I assume calls should come in on the first PRI, fill up, then go to
the second, then the third, and so on.
Well this has never happen. Calls are random and usually never ring
in sequence. Is this my CLEC's (telco) problem. Or... does the PM3
have a limit to how many calls it can handle on a single PRI then,
tells my telco to move on to the next PRI and try it? Ultimately,
after a while, all the lines do fill up.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
