This is not a "problem" but a setting or defination in the configuration of
the hunt group in the telco switch.

I haave PM3s connected to a GTD5 switch using CT1 and the hunt group set
for FIFO - at least that is what the switch technician calls it. This
option distributes the calls over all the trunks in the hunt group. The
next call is given to the channel that has been "un-used the longest".

I prefer the FIFO distribution method because it keeps a "bad line" from
killing all the rest of the hunt group.
