It was a resolving problem (DNS)... It could not find out the
PM3 name in the
database (mistake from my DNS administrator) ..

I think you're missing fundamentals - are those other PMs using
1812/1813, or
are they still 1645/1646. You realize the RADIUS server has to
be listening
on the ports you configure in ComOS. If you set the PM-3 to
talk to 1812/1813
and the server is on the old 1645/1646 it will never work.
Have you read all of the manuals? This is pretty well covered,
as are the
debug procedures for RADIUS (radiusd -x), ptrace, PPP, etc.
