(PM) SNMP reads/PM-3

I have a PM-3 that I am trying to do SNMP reads against. I have set up
4 others and know that my SNMP software is working correctly. But, when
I try to read this certain PM-3, the request just times out. I have set the
community string, and enabled SNMP, saved all, rebooted, but no luck.

Any ideas on how I can tell if the PM-3 is seeing the request?
