(PM) Weird RADIUS Accounting session-id info

Hey all.

I just setup a new PM3 at a remote site. It is working perfectly but
when it sends accounting data it is sending sessiong id '0000000' which is
crashing my radius server. Has anyone seen this? I have reboot the box
several times (which should increase the session_id). It shipped with
3.8.2.
